July 6, 2010, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan signed the three heads of state, including the "Customs Union Customs Code," including the nine documents, "Customs Law" came into effect, marking the official operation of the Three Kingdoms Union. According to the agreement signed between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan in 2010.10.18 on the common norms and rules on the technical norms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, Russia subsequently revised the Customs Union Customs Code to replace the original "customs code". The relevant provisions of the Customs Union Customs Code are basically in line with the requirements of the WTO Customs Valuation Agreement. Since February 15, 2013, the three countries common "Customs Union CU-TR Technical Certification Certificate" came into effect. Thus, for Chinese companies, obtaining a customs union certification is the easiest way to open a member of the Customs Union: Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
