-Ukraine approval rule is conducted and monitored by Ukraine Technical Standard & Customer Committee (Derzhspozhyvstandard) together with the United Ukraine Federal Customs.  Manufacturers should provide the original certificate and a copy of the approved document during customs clearance as well as being marketed in Ukraine.
All wireless products must obtain Ukraine RF approval.
Ukraine official had announced that all wireless products should obtain declaration starting from Jan 1st 2013.  The procedure of the declaration is described in the specific laws named Technical Regulations (TR). The TRs are based on the appropriate European Directives of new approach.

Certification process:

1. Customer requests for Ukraine

4. Provide draft to customer confirmation
