The following products are not covered by the Customs Union CU-TR technical regulations, applicable to the original (GOSTR):

  1, voluntary GOST R certificate still exists, not by the Customs Union CU-TR technical regulations to replace;

  2, high-voltage electrical appliances (AC voltage of about 1000V or DC voltage of about 1500V high-pressure products) still exist GOST R Declaration of Conformity, which has not been replaced by the CU-TR Technical Regulation;

  3. The other departmental licenses of Russia have not been replaced by the CU-TR Technical Regulations.

  4, medical equipment products have not been replaced by the Customs Union technical regulations, still the implementation of the Russian medical device registration certificate and GOST R compliance statement; (medical device registration process).

  5, telecommunications and communications products are still the implementation of the Russian telecommunications network license or RF certification.

  6, drugs, still the implementation of national registration and permission; (drug registration process).
